Meeting Your Needs
Located on a beautiful 24-acre campus in Yorktown Heights, The Tech Center at Yorktown provides an outstanding Career and Technical Education program to approximately 1,000 high school students from 18 school districts in northern Westchester and Putnam counties. Here you’ll take hands-on programs that teach specific job-related skills and academic courses that meet the new graduation requirements. At the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services) campus, you’ll learn from a knowledgeable, caring, and experienced staff.
Variety Is the Key
You can choose any of our 29 exciting Career and Technical Education courses as part of your regular high school program. These are available in six different career majors: arts and humanities; business/information systems; engineering technologies; health services; human and public services; and natural and agricultural sciences. You can develop skills for a rewarding career, go on to college, or enter the military.
