• Babysitter’s (Do you want a job that pays to play? Learn the basics of infant and child care)


• Beauty (Learn how to give a manicure, apply make‐up and basic up‐do hairstyle techniques)


• CADD (Learn how to draw with AUTOCADD and design your own car and dream house)


• Carpentry (Like to build and use small hand tools? Learn the basics of carpentry and take home a handmade coin box that you construct and finish yourself)


• Computer Graphics (Learn the basics in Adobe Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3, and Flash CS3)


• CPR (Become certified in CPR/AED for infant/child/adult, and basic First Aid techniques)


• Culinary I & II (Learn the basics of kitchen safety and how to read a recipe. Culinary I will prepare cookies, cakes and pies, Culinary II will prepare pasta, breakfast, grill foods and make sandwiches)
• Culinary Arts/Hospitality (Learn how to cook and prepare meals with a cultural flair. Serve a four course meal to a family member)
• Design (Fun introduction to the world of “Design.” Create beautiful center pieces, a memorybox , craft a garden design and more)
• Environmental Science (Learn to do hands‐on experiments/nature study; identify trees, insects,& animal tracks; test water quality; see microscopic organisms; reduce your ecological footprint & more.)
• Fashion Design (Learn how to sketch your own designs, predict upcoming trends, choose colors that work for you and create your own designer label)
  
• HVAC (Learn the basics of plumbing and pipefitting, make a lawn sprinkler and other projects )
  
• Techno (Learn the basics of networking phone, computer, audio equipment, and fiber optic technology)
