• Culinary I, II Learn the basics of kitchen safety and how to read a recipe with Chef Stanley. Culinary I will prepare cookies, cakes and pies. Culinary II will prepare pasta, breakfast foods, sandwiches, and learn to grill. II, III


• Culinary Arts/Hospitality Learn how to cook and prepare meals with a cultural flair. Invite a special guest for a four-course meal that you prepare and serve. I, II


• Fashion Design Learn basic sketching skills to create a mini portfolio, and basic sewing skills to create a pillow, tote bag and beach bag. I, II


• Game Design Learn about the world of game design: character development, animations, modeling objects. II, III


• Hairstyling Camp Learn basic blow dry, braiding and updos as well as flat iron, curling iron and roller techniques. II, IV


• Healthy Cooking Learn beginner cooking and knife skills to make delicious food that is better for you. Develop and cook appetizers, entrees, side dishes and desserts to please the palate while reducing fats and calories. III


• Heating and Cooling Camp Learn the basics of heating and cooling systems. Design your own copper artwork, build a lawn sprinkler, and more. I, II


• Let’s Grow Learn to plant, grow, harvest, prepare and eat organically grown vegetables. Bring sustainability to your own backyard. III


• Manicure and Pedicure Camp Learn basic manicure and pedicure techniques from nail art to foot massage using implements and nail cosmetics. I


• Masonry Learn the proper way to use masonry hand tools. Make a brick planter and a tile hot plate. II


• Microcomputer Tech/Computer Repair Learn basic troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintenance skills. I


• Party Planning and Floral Design Learn about the world of “Design.” Create beautiful centerpieces, plan that special event, preserve special mementoes by creating a memory box, craft a garden design and more. I


• Advanced Party Planning and Floral Design Use your design skills to plan a wedding: arrange flowers, design invitations and create a menu. Invite a guest to our mock wedding. II


• Skin and Facial Camp Learn basic skin care. Gain knowledge of facials and application of makeup. III


• Survivor Camp: First Aid & CPR Prepare to help others with basic survival skills such as basic First Aid, CPR and AED. CPR cards are given upon successful camp completion. I, II, III, IV
