Workshops and Courses

The Hudson River Teacher Center located at PNW BOCES is one of over 132 teacher centers funded by New York State that promotes a high level of professionalism for educators. Composed of the districts of Briarcliff Manor, Croton-Harmon, Hendrick Hudson, Lakeland, Ossining, Peekskill, and PNW BOCES the center serves all educators, including special and occupational education professionals as well as paraprofessionals.

The teacher center’s policy board, comprised of teachers, administrators, parents, business, community, and college representatives, guides the center in providing all staff the opportunity to take charge of their own staff development while supporting district, state, and national initiatives.

The center offers consultation, workshops/courses, and cohort programs.

We encourage you to bring your talents to our center and share your knowledge, skills, and insights with your fellow teachers.
