Welcome to the home page of the Putnam/Northern Westchester
Special Education Training and Resource Center (SETRC) website.
SETRC is a statewide network of professional development specialists
whose mission is to prepare students with disabilities for lifelong success
through quality staff development. SETRCs assist school districts in the
development, implementation and evaluation of research-validated practices
designed to improve student performance. Training, technical assistance,
and consultation services are provided to the community of educators,
parents and students based on analysis of districts’ data and needs.
