This role will support the Director of Health & Welfare Benefits in planning, design, communication and end-to-end administration efforts for the Putnam Northern Westchester Health & Welfare benefit plans. Minimum professional and educational background desired expected to include an undergraduate degree with a focus in finance, economics, mathematics, or accounting, and a minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in benefits administration, strategy, finance and operations within a medium/large organization.
