Welcome to Putnam Northern Westchester School Library System's IBP initiative.

Our BOCES School Library System has launched this initiative to broadcast educational resources and information to library media specialists, teachers and students that work in or attend the schools that we serve in this picturesque and historic region of Upstate New York. IBP is an information cooperative that will evolve as issues arise and innovative technology can be used to provide timely communications to and from all our constituents.
