Library Automation

Through a collaborative partnership with Southern Westchester BOCES and the Regional Information Center, schools may purchase a fully integrated computerized library automation system.  Equipment may include information server, OPAC workstations and circulation station.  If the school already has the appropriate equipment and network in place, it may wish to purchase the library automation software only.  The service includes retrospective conversion of library holdings.  Pre-planning and consultation with the school library system coordinator and training are provided.
