PTA and/or school staff selects program, contacts artist, agrees on date and cost.

School and district approve and send to BOCES.

BOCES contracts and pays performer, and bills district when services are completed.

The following year, the school district will receive state aid for part of the cost of the programs based on the district's state aid formula.
