Welcome to the Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES JASON Network Site
webpage. We are one of six JASON sites around New York State.
This is our tenth year as a JASON site. In addition to the telecast
the staff at the Center fro Environmental Education put together a very
popular, interactive, hands-on exhibit room
and a related class.
We also offer a community day on the
Saturday in the middle of the telecast weeks, which draws some 500 people
from infants to adults. On that day, visitors can participate in a telecast,
classes run by our staff and visit the exhibit room.
Throughout the year watch our webpage for pictures and updates of
our programs and events. We will also post pictures and descriptions
from our participating schools.
