More than 30 guests enjoyed a holiday luncheon prepared by Culinary students at the Tilly Foster Educational Institute in Putnam County recently. They also got a tour of the state-of-the-art kitchen, met with students and staff, and learned more about the exciting new program.
Currently 13 students from Chappaqua, Mahopac, Haldane, John Jay, Carmel and Brewster attend the program, and enrollment is ongoing.
Tech South Principal Jim Bellucci welcomed guests, who were impressed with the savory luncheon and delectable desserts. PNW BOCES Board members Anita Feldman and Mary Cay Nilsen were also on hand to greet and congratulate students on work well done.
Staff and administrators from component school districts, including Mahopac Superintendent Dr. Dennis Creedon and Haldane Superintendent Dr. Diana Bowers, also enjoyed the festivities and learned more about the program.
