INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – HELPDESK TECHNICIAN (Leave Replacement)

DUTIES:
The technician will perform hardware and software installations, desktop application support, troubleshooting and repair. The position is a leave replacement for one (1) year with a possibility for extension.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience in desktop computer support including Office applications. Office 2010 experience and MAC experience desirable. A+ certification or Microsoft certification preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
